At the current alert level, our Diesel Performance Solutions agents are able to get out into the field, helping you get the performance you need from your engine.

We will be carefully following government health and safety, and hygiene guidelines, in order to protect the health and wellbeing of our customers, our agents, and the wider community.

If you need our help, start by finding and calling your nearest agent. They will be able to help you understand how they can help, and can take you through the strict health and safety and hygiene processes we’ve adopted to keep everyone safe.

Working together to keep everyone safe on your property

We need your help to make sure that our team are safe when we visit your property. 

If you or anyone in your family is sick or in quarantine, it is essential that you notify us before we arrive. 

We ask that you help us to follow these steps to keep everyone safe.

  • Please ensure we have clear access to the vehicle we will be working on. We recommend keeping all employees, household members and (if applicable) animals clear from this area at all times.
  • We ask that you stay a minimum of 2 metres from our agent at all times. If you need to provide any further information you can talk us through the work you need to have done, then please move away so our agent can get the job done.
  • After we have finished working on your vehicle we will wipe down all surfaces with disinfectant.
  • Please notify us if anyone in your workforce or household becomes sick after we have visited your property. It is important that we manage all contacts and are made aware as soon as possible if there is any illness, even if it has not yet been diagnosed. This will help us to protect our community.

Visiting our workshops

If you need to bring a vehicle to one of our workshops, please contact your DPS Agent first. They will be able to talk you through the process for contact-less drop off and pick up, and can update you on our hygiene protocols so you know we’re protecting your safety throughout.
